At style11th, every pair of nails is handcrafted with precision and multi-layer gel polish to give you a flawless salon quality look. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our custom nail products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Final Sale & Order Accuracy
Due to strict hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, or for incorrect size or style selections.
Because each set is custom crafted, we kindly ask that you double-check your nail size, shape, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery at style11th.com.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization from our team, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility for Damaged/Defective Goods
If a return or replacement is approved by our customer service team, the item must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.
- All original components, including the complimentary tool kit (sticky tabs, glue, files, clippers, etc.), must remain complete, unused, and intact.
- The item must be packed securely in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) must be provided.
Return Shipping & Processing
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
