How to Choose Your Size

Place a piece of clear tape across the widest part of your natural nail bed.
Mark the edges with a pen and measure the distance with a ruler (in mm).
Match your measurements to our size chart:

XS: 14mm | 10mm | 11mm | 10mm | 7mm

S: 15mm | 11mm | 12mm | 11mm | 8mm

M: 16mm | 12mm | 13mm | 12mm | 9mm

L: 17mm | 13mm | 14mm | 13mm | 10mm

Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up and filing the sides down for a custom fit!

How to Apply & Remove

For 3–10 Days Wear: Use the Adhesive Tabs. Peel, press, and hold firmly for 15 seconds.

For 1–3 Weeks Wear: Apply Nail Glue evenly to your natural nail and the back of the press-on nail, then press down firmly for 30 seconds.

Removal: Soak hands in warm, soapy water mixed with a few drops of oil for 10–15 minutes (or apply nail remover), then gently lift the edges with the crystal stick.

Useful Tips

Avoid prolonged contact with water for the first 2 hours after application.
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and display/monitor settings.

Due to strict hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, or for incorrect size or style selections.

Because each set is custom crafted, we kindly ask that you double-check your nail size, shape, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery at style11th.com.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization from our team, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility for Damaged/Defective Goods

If a return or replacement is approved by our customer service team, the item must fulfill all of the following requirements:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.
All original components, including the complimentary tool kit (sticky tabs, glue, files, clippers, etc.), must remain complete, unused, and intact.
The item must be packed securely in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) must be provided.

Return Shipping & Processing

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Apply

Preparation

1. Push Back Cuticles

Gently push back your cuticles using a cuticle pusher and cuticle cliper to create a clean canvas and maximize your nail bed surface area.

2. Buff the Surface

Lightly buff your natural nail surface with a nail file to remove natural oils and shine. This creates micro-texture for the adhesive to grip securely.

3. Clean & Dehydrate

Wipe down every nail thoroughly with an alcohol prep pad to clear away dust, oils, and residue. Let them dry completely before applying adhesive for maximum longevity.

Glue Application

1. Apply Nail Glue

Brush a thin, even layer of nail glue onto your natural nail, as well as a small layer onto the backside of the press-on nail (where it meets your nail bed).

2. Align & Press

Align the press-on right above your cuticle line at a 45-degree angle. Press down smoothly toward the tip and hold firmly for 15–20 seconds to eliminate air bubbles and ensure a secure bond.

**Avoid water contact for at least 2 hours after application to allow the glue to set fully.

Adhesive Tabs Application

1. Apply the Adhesive Tab

Select the adhesive tab that best matches the size of your natural nail bed. Place the tab onto your natural nail, smooth it down, and press firmly for a few seconds to ensure it sticks without air bubbles.

2. Align & Lock in Place

Peel off the protective plastic backing. Align the press-on nail right above your cuticle line at a 45-degree angle, slide it down, and press together firmly for 10–15 seconds to secure the hold.

**Avoid water contact for at least 2 hours after application to maximize adhesion.

How to Remove

Option A: Adhesive Tabs

1. Soak fingers in warm water for 10-20 minutes.

2. Gently use a cuticle stick to loosen edges and roll off the tab. Never force.

3. Clean residue off the press-ons and save them in your box for reuse!

Option B: Nail Glue

1. Apply Brush Glue Remover generously along the nail edges and wait 1–2 minutes.

2. Lift — Gently nudge the edges with a cuticle stick. Apply more remover underneath as it lifts until it slides off.

3. Clean & Save — Gently wipe and buff away glue residue on both your natural nails and the back of the press-ons, apply cuticle oil, and save them in your box for reuse!
